Eskay completed a whole house eco-refurbishment for a Sixties bungalow, replacing the conservatory with a highly insulated garden room. The project incorporated a new kitchen and bathroom with an ultra low flush toilet.
Low energy ventilation and a new correctly sized boiler were also installed. External rendered insulation and Accoya windows finished the airtight exterior. Natural flooring and eco-friendly paint finishes were used throughout.
