About
Based in Shoreham in Sussex, Eskay Architects was founded in 2004 by award-winning architect Sarah Kemp and specialises in sustainable design with a focus on energy efficiency.
Eskay’s contemporary homes and workplaces save energy with thermal insulation, airtight construction and controlled ventilation, with many also featuring energy efficient heating and lighting systems, water saving devices and solar or photo voltaic panels.
As far as possible the company uses ecologically-friendly building materials in line with its green principles.
Eskay also offers green audit services, suggesting and implementing ways in which homes can save energy and reduce bills, run more efficiently and maximise natural light.
Sarah personally oversees all projects from concept to completion.
