Eskay created glazed roof extensions for two adjoining neighbours in Victorian terrace houses. For one client Eskay extended the kitchen to provide a dining space and shower room with a light well separating the extension from the living room.

For the other Eskay created a new garden room with access from the kitchen and living room. Both designs opened up the homes to the garden and natural light.
