Eskay is currently working on an eco refurbishment in several phases for a 1930s house and started the project with a pressure test to ascertain how much energy was being lost.
Eskay has created a new bathroom, kitchen and cloakroom and installed a radiant wall heating system and under-floor insulation. Future work includes solar hot water heating panels, external rendered insulation and replacement of all front bay windows.
