Eskay created side and rear extensions for a 1920s house, enlarging the kitchen and creating an open-plan living area overlooking the garden. First floor work included enlarging the property’s third bedroom.
Roof lights were installed in the kitchen and living room, while natural roof insulation was used for all new roofs. All levels of insulation levels exceeded building regulations.
